Vicki has over 20 years’ experience in comms starting as a volunteer at channel 4 in 1998. Since then she went onto launch the UKs first digital channels at Granada Sky Broadcasting and the Cbeebies and CBBC channels at the BBC. Since moving back to Wales Vicki gained government experience both locally and nationally before launching Cowshed in 2014. Putting passion and purpose first, Vicki is steadfast in delivering campaigns for organisations the team believe in and she’s built an extremely talented team to help her do it.

Stacey started her career at Comic Relief where she met Vicki. Cowshed’s first employee, Stacey has delivered some of our most recognisable campaigns, leading on clients including National Adoption Service, Public Health Wales and National Trust.

Dave manages his role as overseer of finance and strategy at Cowshed between his other roles which take him around the globe. A Finance Director with over 20 years’ experience working for FTSE 100 companies, Cowshed are incredibly lucky to have his strategic and global vision to guide them as they grow. Charlie joins Cowshed having developed her career in London. She brings with her experience of working on some of the UK’s best known brand campaigns that hit the mark both creatively and effectively. As Head of Creative she ensures our output packs a punch creatively.

With work published on ITV Wales, Wales Online and Buzz, Grace's experience in filming and photography is already proving to be invaluable. She spent 10 years working at BBC Wales, mainly on the BAFTA award-winning Capture Wales / Cipolwg ar Gymru, Digital Storytelling Project.
