Vicki has over 20 years’ experience in comms starting as a volunteer at channel 4 in 1998. Since then she went onto launch the UKs first digital channels at Granada Sky Broadcasting and the Cbeebies and CBBC channels at the BBC. Since moving back to Wales Vicki gained government experience both locally and nationally before launching Cowshed in 2014. Putting passion and purpose first, Vicki is steadfast in delivering campaigns for organisations the team believe in and she’s built an extremely talented team to help her do it.
Kate leads the team through the most complex of our campaigns. A multi-award winning mother of two, Kate’s strategic thinking and knowledge of media relations makes sure our campaigns are wide reaching and inspire people to act.
Ben oversees the creative direction of our award winning campaigns and projects. With a strong background in branding and design and exceptional eye for detail, Ben is a problem-solver. These brilliant attributes result in outstanding and engaging content.
Stacey started her career at Comic Relief where she met Vicki. Cowshed’s first employee, Stacey has delivered some of our most recognisable campaigns, leading on clients including National Adoption Service, Public Health Wales and National Trust.
Dave manages his role as overseer of finance and strategy at Cowshed between his other roles which take him around the globe. A Finance Director with over 20 years’ experience working for FTSE 100 companies, Cowshed are incredibly lucky to have his strategic and global vision to guide them as they grow. With bags of charity and public sector experience under her belt, Dani has been driving behavioural change campaigns for five years. Making an impact is important to her, and she uses her strategic thinking and creative flair to do just that.
Since joining Cowshed, Hannah’s brought bags of energy and determination, always with the best interest of clients at heart. Hannah delivers fully integrated campaigns that have a positive with enthusiasm and purpose.
Junior Web Developer
Following a number of years managing hotels on the slopes of the French Alps, Harry joined cowshed in March 2021 for a complete change of career direction. Completing a fully immersive bootcamp in all things development, Harry is now ready to throw himself into building accessible and intuitive sites that make an impact. We’re just waiting to see how we can use his ski and French knowledge somewhere too.

Hayley joined Cowshed in November 2020 and she brings with her experience in planning and executing engaging multi-channel marketing campaigns for charity and not-for-profit sector.
She loves working with a variety of clients, sectors and audiences and enjoys creating digital campaigns that have a positive impact on society.

Head of Digital
With over a decade of experience in digital marketing and coming from a background of working both In-house and agency-side, James - or JC as he is fondly known - leads our digital team as an analytical thinker and problem solver, eager to make an impact across all digital offerings from web development to PPC.
Since Joining Cowshed, James’ enthusiasm and passion to tell important stories has been infectious. With a degree in journalism, James has knowledge of the media landscape and how to make a story stand out. Combining his education with his marketing experience, James won’t stop until he gets that coverage.
Joe is a Full-Stack Web Developer who focuses on building top-ranking, accessible and performant websites. Passionate about optimisation, typically, Joe can be seen squeezing every last drop of speed and performance out of WordPress.
Welsh Language Creative Copywriter
With 15 years’ experience working in the communications industry as a journalist and editor, Llinos is a natural juggler with words, especially through the medium of Welsh. She’s passionate about Welsh and seeing the language thrive on new platforms such as social media and online marketing. Llinos is also a poet with over 30 awards to her name and a mother of four daughters. She’s a professional multitasker and her best work is done when there’s some delicious coffee at hand.
Junior Graphic Designer
Maris is a bilingual graphic and typographic designer with a love for typography. A passionate, determined and dedicated individual, striving to create meaningful work that generates a positive impact.
Nadia has quickly gained experience in many aspects of integrated campaign planning since joining Cowshed as an intern. She uses her expert copy writing skills to create exciting content for Cowshed’s clients and is passionate about telling powerful stories through the written word.
Senior Graphic Designer
Nektaria is an award-winning multi-disciplined integrated designer with 6 years’ experience. She recently came to Wales from London and already wishes she had been here all her life. Technically she is fantastic, a natural creative, full of ideas and concepts. She brings a fresh eye to clean, accessible design and a sharp attention to detail.
Sara is a passionate campaign manager, with over 10 years’ experience in the industry. She joins Cowshed from a large global agency, to be part of campaigns and clients that really make a difference. Sara has a proven track record of going the extra mile to ensure delivery of impactful and successful campaigns, across a huge variety of clients and sectors. She is determined, dedicated and personable!
Seran first joined Cowshed in 2017 for work experience during a summer when she was at Edinburgh University, and fell in love with all things PR. Since graduating, she’s worked at Swansea Bay University Health Board as a Communications Assistant, providing support on campaigns and content creation, but now she’s back in the Shed! A first language Welsh speaker, Seran is passionate about delivering meaningful campaigns for our clients in both English and Welsh.
