Vicki Spencer-Francis

Managing Director

Vicki started Cowshed so she could use her experience to make a difference to people’s lives. Cutting her PR teeth in London at Channel 4 and BBC, Vicki moved back to Wales in 2003 and has since worked in local and Welsh government, as well as leading campaigns for Comic Relief, National Trust and Public Health Wales. Putting passion and purpose first, Vicki is steadfast in delivering campaigns for organisations the team believe in and she’s built an extremely talented team to help her do it.

Kate Mann

Associate Director

Kate leads the team through the most creative campaigns to come out of Cardiff. A multi-award winning mother of two, Kate’s strategic thinking and knowledge of media relations makes sure our campaigns are wide reaching and inspire people to act.

Stefan Godier

Director, Creative

A polished and professional leader and director of creative design. Stef has a wealth of experience in delivering award winning public and private sector projects and campaigns, on time and within budget. Stef heads up Cowshed Creative’s ever growing team, fulfilling briefs across digital, online and print and just about manages to be the only full time male member of staff.

David Francis

Finance Director

Dave manages his role as overseer of finance and strategy at Cowshed between his other roles which take him around the globe. A Finance Director with over 20 years’ experience working for FTSE 100 companies, Cowshed are incredibly lucky to have his strategic and global vision to guide them as they grow. (Dave wrote that bit!)

Eve Armitage

Campaign Assistant

Eve uses her eye for detail and slick design experience to create content and collateral that works in English and her mother tongue, Welsh. Eve is on Maternity leave at the moment and we can’t wait to see her lovely face in the office again soon.

Gwen Jones

Campaign Assistant

Gwen’s background is in marketing and event management with extensive experience in delivering conferences and social content. Gwen works bilingually; passionate about the Welsh language. She understands our clients and more importantly, the audience which makes her a brilliant content producer.

Hannah Williams

Campaign Assistant

Hannah joined Cowshed with a degree in English and Journalism. Since joining she’s brought bags of energy and determination, always with the best interest of clients at heart. Hannah has quickly gained experience in many aspects of integrated campaign planning using her expert copy writing skills to great effect for advertising campaigns and social media calendars.

Holly Fairclough

Campaign Manager

Holly joined cowshed in 2018 and has quickly proven her ability to deliver first class campaigns with pace and precision. Her determination to make sure her campaigns excel is contagious both with the team and with our clients.

Lauren Williams

Campaign Assistant

Our designated organiser, Lauren is strategic, thoughtful and dedicated. Her eagerness to grow shines through in everything she does and she always goes above and beyond to deliver for the team and our clients.

Manon Eyton

Campaign Manager

Manon is the most Welsh person we know. Hailing from Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgoger-ychwyrndrobwyllllantysiliogogogoch. Manon brings her experience of working in government to the team, delivering campaigns across a variety of clients that make a big impact on society.

Nektaria Bogris

Senior Designer

Nektaria is a multi-disciplined integrated designer having gained over six years’ experience working in agencies in London. Nek is an expert in Adobe Creative Suite, print management and a range of other design, video and web software. She brings a fresh eye to clean, accessible design and a sharp attention to detail.

Sarah Morgan

Campaign Assistant

Fresh to the world of communications, Sarah brings bags of creativity and energy. She creates content and copy that speak to its audience, which our clients love. A true campaigner, she uses her desire to make a change in every aspect of her work at Cowshed.

Stacey Oliver

Campaign Manager

Stacey is and will always be, the first person to join Cowshed. She is our rock, our clarity, our constant stream of amusement. Since starting her career at Comic Relief, Stacey has gone on to deliver some of our most recognisable campaigns. Shortlisted for Young Communicator of the Year in 2017, and with a number of awards under her belt, Stacey is targeted, methodical and has a successful track record in executing campaigns that deliver results on time and within budget.

Admiral Archibald Duff

Mascot

Archie isn’t in the office much because he’s too naughty but he will make special guest appearances on request. Please let us know if you’re coming in and want to see him.
