2020 has been a strange year and we’ve come a long way in five months, without actually going anywhere at all. But it’s fair to say that we have risen to the challenges of lock down.
Our team has grown stronger and our steadfast commitment to only working with causes we believe in has served us well. This combination of determination and purpose has led to a number of exciting new client wins AND given us the confidence to bag ourselves a Creative Director.
Our new clients include RMA – The Royal Marines Charity, The Morgan Quarter, Clwstwr, Mind Cymru, Transport for Wales, Life Science Hub and Elrha. These clients are looking for support across a mix of disciplines from brand identity, marketing, digital marketing and website development through to behaviour change campaigns.
It’s satisfying to see our broadened creative offering winning new briefs and delivering for clients. With an increasingly creative-led portfolio and a growing client roster, it was only natural that we needed to strengthen our leadership team, and we’re delighted that the brilliant Ben Freeman has agreed to join us.
Ben has over 20 years’ experience in the creative sector, joining us from Smörgåsbord where his role was Senior Designer. Ben specialises in brand identity and art direction and has created high-profile brands and campaigns for clients including Visit Wales, Transport for Wales and Capital Law.
Vicki can’t believe her luck, “The strength our team has shown through the dark days of lockdown has been remarkable. Our people make Cowshed the bustling, creative, energetic company it is.
“We are growing in size and confidence each day. With Ben’s leadership across the creative studio, I’ve never been more excited about the exceptional, meaningful and impactful campaigns we’ll deliver in the months and years to come, whatever Covid throws at us.”
Ben said, “I’m incredibly impressed with the speed at which Cowshed has grown and its expansive client list. It’s unusual to find an agency that is so driven by purpose and has such wide-ranging skills in-house. I’m really excited about developing Cowshed’s creative output for causes we all believe in.”
